Blue, that stinks. I had something similar happen to me a few days ago. I spun, logged it here, then came back to do the rest of my dailies a bit later. I had the notification and clicked on it just to make sure, and I was shocked to see it showed as me not having spun yet. Got the exact same prizes as my first spin, then refreshed to make sure it had really really taken.

Bummer, Blue.
I'm suuuuuper careful about making sure nothing went wrong with the spin, and that the tally at the bottom did indeed go down and that I got my nps. Every once in a blue moon, something glitched on the spin, like what Siniri saw. I refresh, spin again, and it'll count. I think once I had to refresh and spin twice extra before it really took, but...who knows.
