I still dont get why it isnt just called "Marti Gras Island" or something of the sort.

According to this background... it's inhabited by more than just lutaris.
And the Lutari Island Paint Brush has nothing to do with Lutaris.. just makes neopets have cool paint and feathers.

Unlike Krawk Island, Roo Island, and kiko lake, it doesnt have a reason to be named after lutaris.... unless its in the shape of a lutari or something and we just havented noticed yet.
