Awww I would've loved to have seen Colossus with a bigger role, but those sound pretty neat.

Anyone know what the plot might contain?

Are they going to be bringing in Sentinels or hold off for a little while for those bad boys.

I believe it will revolve around Apocolypse. Another rumor said that it was a disease created to destroy all mutants. And I believe Pheniox will be tied in as well.

Well, phoenix is definately in it as you saw phoenix at the end of X2. And I'm sure they said it was gonna involve phoenix somewhere.

They actually said the third will revolve around the Dark Pheonix Saga.

New Updates:

I just got some new word on X3. Gambit and Beast we can confirm. Not sure about Angel. Hugh, Famke, Ian, and Patrick are back as of today. This is in addition to the actors already optioned for X3.

Anna, Halle, and James are NOT signed yet, though by the end of the week, they should know what will happen with Anna Paquin.

Looks like besides Phoenix, the SENTINELS are in, including a character called Dr. Bolivar Trask.

I don't understand the Anna Paquin information. She's contractally obligated to do 2 sequels (X2 being the first one) along with Rebecca, Sean Ashmore and Alan Cummings.

And Boliver Trask created the Sentinels.

Hm....If it has Trask and Sentinels in it, then it'll be pretty good I imagine.
