ok the following question will probably sound very childish to the people on the forums that happen to know a lot about web designing

...but I don't so:

I heard that somepeople can create their own smileys (that are animated).
What kind of programs do they use??

Hmm, Adobe Imageready, Jasc Animation Shop, those should work.
