Was he walking on the footpath?

Was the road a dirt road, or was it paved?

Was it in a neighborhood or in the city?

Was he walking in the mountains along a precipice, and fall down it?

Did the street have a huge pothole in it witch jagged spikes down the bottom which he accidently tripped and fell into ??

No. No potholes.

He was blind and walking with his dog. But he was walking on the street, so he fell over and got hit by a car.

Nope.

Was his friend speaking to him when he died ?

No.

If so had he just told him some big news ?

N/A

I was thinking a big hole in the street that he fell into, but meh.

Nope.

He tripped as he was walking and fell on the ground. A car was coming and couldn't stop in time because the driver was on his cell phone complaining to the city about the poor condition of the road, and ran the poor man over.

No.

Or, he tripped as he was walking and fell on the ground and broke his leg. A friend who had been walking with him ran up to the top of the road (it was a steep hill) to get his car so he could help his friend to the hospital. Unfortunatly, in his haste he accidently knocked the car into gear. The car careened down the hill out of control and sadly ran over the poor man as he lay sprawled in the roadway, thus killing him.

Luckily for his friend, no.

Were there any open manholes?

No.

Did his good friend happen to have some sort of secret disgust with this man?

Nope.

Does the word "dies" have an alternate meaning such as "lives" so in which there would be a loophole in the wording.*being difficult...i think so*

No. He died, kicked the bucket, went to the big cloud in the sky, or whichever colloquialism suits you bests.

Did he fall down a hole which builders or road people put there? XD

No.

Was there any construction on at the time of the accident?

No.

Were there any cars coming down the road?

No.

Was he walking on the footpath?

There was no footpath.

Was the road a dirt road, or was it paved?

Paved.

Was it in a neighborhood or in the city?

City.

Was he walking in the mountains along a precipice, and fall down it?

No.

Perhaps someone noticed an excellent clue I left for you.

He was walking along the road and tripped over one of the cracks (or something else that made the road in bad condition) and hit his head. He died due to the trauma of his head hitting a paved road. And he was out walking his dog. Because a dog IS man's best friend.

His good friend was a human.

That, of course, ivalidates SC's theory.

Fine. He was out walking with his friend when he tripped on the poor condition road, hit his head and died due to the trauma.

Hmm I've heard a few of these lateralpuzzles and the answer is always something ttally farfetched - the trick is to keep answering with things to get information and eventually you'll start to pick up a trail.

How long did it take for him to die after he fell over?

All of that was correct, SC, but there are details you've yet to uncover which explain an otherwise rather annoying gap. More questions!

He died nearly immediately afterwards.

For your sake, here are some additional supportive questions so you don't go insane figuring out what to figure out.

Who was the man?
Why did he fall?

Did he die saving his friend?
