I really hope there will be an update in the news tomorrow!

Just to clarify, I definitely would rather the plot take longer! But I would still be surprised if they run both at the same time - even though the Cup is really weekends only {grumbles about this as for two of the weekends in June, I'll be out of town for weddings and may not have internet access}.
Who knows? Maybe they'll surprise us all and do so! That'd be pretty cool - we certainly wouldn't be all that bored!

Why does everyone think the Altador Cup is going to happen again? That was just a plot to parallel the real-life World Cup. There isn't a World Cup this year. :P Unless they've announced that the Altador Cup is going to be an annual event, which would surprise me. Did I miss something?

I believe we're under the impression it will be coming again because of this (from the Future Plot Speculation thread):

Wow, I totally missed that from my occasional dips into the speculation threads. I'm very surprised, but even more pleased! Go Roo Island!

Back on topic, if that's the case, maybe they're planning to just re-release the old AC game. If so, the only work they'll have to do is the announcements and in-game publicity stuff... they should be able to do that at the same time as running this plot. I hope so, or this one's going to be really rushed.

Eternal Serena wrote:Well that was fun...the last puzzle was much more difficult with all those rings, but let me tell ya'll, it -is- possible to finish!
My strategy was to start with the first ring. I progressed through the rings and wrote down which symbols were not included in that particular puzzle. That seriously helped when it came to finishing the 3rd puzzle. I was on my last ring and I had one symbol written down on my paper that was supposed to be in and voila!
Good luck to everybody who's still working on their puzzle. Don't give up guys!

This is exactly how I did it, and it works very, very well!

I didn't have a problem with the first two of mine, and after some fiddling around I got the third one. I've enjoyed this plot so far.

I will probably just fool around with the Altador Cup again this year... I found it to be kind of boring, but I liked getting the trophy.

If you want to discuss the Altador Cup, please do it in Future Plot Speculation.

This latest step reminds me a little of Dr. Sloth using the coin to open a lock in the pyramid in the Brucey B plot. (Although, I really don't need much encouragement to think of Sloth. :P ) I think we'll see some sort of villain soon--this is a perfect point for one to jump out of the shadows.

I like this puzzle best right now ;) Less than 5 minutes. Once I realized that the blank spot on the ring didn't count, it was easy.

hehe, i found it kinda funny that i WAS able to do it without paper, seeing as i suck at codebreaker, but it got easier once i stopped using all the patterns at the same time...

The news is posted and in there, it has the following:

If you have some art that you drew themed towards the current plot you might consider entering it for the art gallery. *wink*

Wonder if it has anything to do with the plot.....

Has anyone tried to submit anything to the art gallery? I've never done it. How do you?

Edit: nevermind, I found it!
