Finished up Magic Knight Rayearth season 1, and watched Card Captor Sakura: The Sealed Card. Yay for Sakura and Syaoran!

Read or Die: The TV 17-26. I really, really, really enjoyed this series. It definitely will be bumping Cowboy Bebop out of my top ten favorite anime. ^_^v

I think I will be giving Lain a try again this coming weekend. Maybe just rent it all at once to be sure that I get through it this time around. Fourth time's the charm, right?

Trinity Blood 1-3. Great animation, mediocre story. Abel has the lamest pajamas and is sort of annoying when he's not in his hacking-vampires-to-bits mode, and I think Esther went all of five minutes without crying (though given the situation she has an excuse). Here's hoping for more gore and less Esther-in-emotional-meltdown next episode.

Mar 9. I can't believe I like this show so much. I usually hate predictable shows like this, but Mar manages an odd sort of general likeability without being particularly outstanding in any area.

Naruto 141. I don't know why I downloaded this, seeing as I've only watched one other episode of Naruto and therefore had little to no idea what was going on or why, but wow for a 100+ episode show this had good animation. Looks like I may yet be sucked into the gigantic Naruto fandom.

Tide-line Blue 1. I'm very pleasantly surprised. Seriously, people, watch this despite Kiru's awful fashion sense. It had almost no hype, but it's actually well animated and has a very intriguing story (unlike the slew of generic fighting or 'cute girl' shows this season).

Trinity Blood 4 - Abel: "No, Esther, killing is not the answer!" *Abel picks up gun and starts shooting* >_> I am a bit annoyed with Abel's hypocrisy but the bucketloads of angst and more importantly BLOOOOD keep me happy enough with this. Plus Esther is a likeable character, I'd been worried that they'd turn her into the teary damsel in distress but at this point she's more believable and deeper than Abel.

Gun x Sword 1 - Noooo I accidentally downloaded an Italian sub. -_-; But even though I can't understand the words, it looks good! I like the protagonist and his disgusting choice of steak toppings, and what's not to love about sword-fighting cowboys. ^^

Sousei no Aquarion 6 - Sirius/Reika. Plus more wacky extreme mecha stuff. Sometimes it's hard to tell if SnA is being funny or trying to be serious; it seems so earnest even when it has robots punching aliens into the moon. And more "unions". xD Eh, well, I laughed and that's what matters, I guess.

I found the music to be exactly right in that aspect. The whole show feels just like one XD

I watched the first episode of Elfen Lied last night. Ah was it ever good. I hope the rest of the series lives up to that first episode. Talk about blood and guts. I don't know if I would be able to only scream with a still beating human heart popping out of my coworkers chest and landing in my lap.
I also watched the first disc of Spiral. An interesting show with a Detective Conan feel to it. I hope they steer away from the murder mystery every single episode forumla, though. The show has potential.
