Thanks Trick, you've found it!. The Polaflint is my absolute favourite, it's cute but not overly so, and isn't geared towards a certain gender-- in two ways.
The Xweetok, though mighty cute, probably appeals to females more so than males, and I can't imagine a Xweetok itself being male anyhow-- unless it was very .. feminine.

The Polaflint can appeal to both, and be both. *so sad*

Yeah, but in the very same picture, check out the mynci. It doesn't look that goofy either. Hopefully they're just all delirious from drinking spiked eggnog out behind the woodshed. Plus, that balloon looks like it's poking that mynci in the eye.

They're clearly not the same pet. The shopkeepers might be based loosely off the Dattup (one of the AF pets), but the shopkeepers rule and the dattup doesn't.

Aww :( I wanted the Sharkaw to win (or the Meechee. He was my favourite A/F pet)

*groans* I wish the Team would stop creating so many pets, especially at once. There are still those that need revamping, or that need revamping, and other things need to be done with the actual site...instead they're wasting their time on this...

YtK, the Giraffe neopet isn't the one being released. That was one of the pets that didn't get through April Fools, the site that posted this must've confused the two. The Giraffe pet is not coming out.
