True enough, except that TNT never officially mentioned that we'd receive any; at least not from what I read. Hence, bummed.

I'd like for it to be a reccuring event. Perhaps once every two months or so. He said "you'll see" so I'm hoping that this might happen again.

I'm kind of disappointed that we didn't get a trophy or at least an avatar for this

I'm not really, I think the prizes we got through the challenges were reward enough. I did enjoy the randomness of the prizes, so hopefully nothing will massively drop in value.

Yeah and just the fact that I played about 50 games massively rewarded my bank balance :P

From the Editorial:

I have completed Aaa's challenge, on my main account, and I have two questions. One: what species of Neopet is he? The head is so distorted that I can't tell. And two, what are the points useful for? I have 846 points. Are they spendable somewhere? Please help me. I am totally confused. ~fnoog

Aaa is a Blumaroo, of course!
What do you mean my head is distorted?!?

As for the points, they're just a way to see which challenges were harder than others. They will not be used for prizes, since you were awarded a prize for each challenge you completed. ;)

I really thought we would have got a trophy as it is a Site Event. o_O

TNT are as fickle as ever!!

The lack of a trophy suggests that it might be a semiregular event, though. I'd like that better than a trophy.

Yeah, I was kinda hoping for a trophy, although not really expecting one, and certainly not expecting any more prizes. But a semiregular event would be better, as long as it doesn't happen too often.

I really enjoyed it (EPC and UB aside.. >.> ) but I actually made less money doing the challenge than I normally do. Because I had to play all those specific games that I wasn't good at, instead of my regular games. But it was still cool!

I made more merely because playing all 62 games is WAY more than I usually play in a day.

And on a side note, am I the only one who DIDN'T mind UPC?

I didn't mind. It only took me about 5 minutes. Ultimate Bullseye was the really annoying one for me, until I managed to get Punchbag bob from the cheat, hit him, and my reward was another punchbag bob. It was easy to get 10 points from the other. 8 shots.

I didn't mind EPC either...I got it on the first try. The only thing that gave me trouble was Ultimate Bullseye. I just kept playing and got better. I remember getting 47 or 48 points a few times before I got 50 (and I didn't even use the cheat!)

The thing with Dubloon Disaster is that it's counterintuitive. Your natural impulse is to try to blow up mines as they appear. The problem with that is that it means each time you grab another dubloon, a mine shows up in a random place--often right in front of you.

My strategy is to let the mines accumulate while circling around them. Once 9 mines are out, no more appear. That way, you know where all of them are, and you can avoid them. You have to herd the first few a bit, to get them all in the middle of the board, then you just circle around the edge of the board. If a dubloon appears in the middle, you have to lure all the mines off to one side, but that's easy enough.

Once you've got it set up, you can play until you get too bored to go on--I think my top score is somewhere over 2000. (I know this is too late to help this time, but it may come in handy in the future.)

Does anyone know what the really good prizes where? meaning the near a million or over 50,000 type prizes where. I kinda just shoved all my prizes in my sdb as i got them so now have no idea what I got....

opps I think going for packrat will do that too ya... I've just been slowly letting my sdb accumulate so anytime i get anything that is 'unique' i throw it in there.... so sorta payed no attention  and i have like 900 items so its kinda hard for me to know what i just put in heh

Everyone got different prizes. I think my best prize was in the 12 to 14k range, but many others were only worth a couple k. Other people reported receiving prizes worth a lot more.

Kind of nice that we all got different prizes so that there wasn't a flood of any particular item into the market that lessens the value of the item recieved (i.e. like Tarla's giveaways) - even if I didn't get the super high value items :)
