jazz_invincible (hacked, so now it's jazz_saviour) is a 20-something year-old guy who is great at everything Neopets, especially avatars. I've talked to him quite a few times, actually. :)

As for James_prongs, I've never even heard of him...

Just got done perusing his homepage. There are pics of him at the bottom if you'd like to see, here it is. He's not bad lookin'. Nothing I'm going to drool at. Seems like a nice guy, though. Quite funny.
