Nyaunyau's mutant Zafara idea is exactly the sort of thing that mutants need to be. They USED to be that brilliant, but now they just tend towards stupid-looking dinosaur creatures.

I'm not a fan of the mutant... it looks like it has been drawn and shaded rather flatly. Could be more mutated.

They could have made the tail more segmented to resemble a scorpian tail more. And given it more eyes than two eyes, and made it look more armored.
