Snail mail = direct mail through post.


I don't have their address around anymore. But, a letter sent to the company (the old-fashioned kind with a postage stamp :P ) might help you quite a bit. You can probably find their address if you do a corporate search in the California Secretary of State's office for Neopets, Inc.
