Haha, so anyway, I've determined that I actually can get a recording that sounds alright. I'll probably be redoing it since I kinda messed up a bunch, but I won't be able to post it til later tonight/tomorrow since my dad needs to show me how to get it on the computer
I regretfully state that I will be withdrawing from this competition. Life has gotten too busy and my recording equipment is not working properly. The only way I could continue is if my entry could be accpted on Monday as I am anticipating that I can borrow a friend's recording equipment that afternoon. Either way, good luck everyone!

It was fine a few days ago, but I've recorded about 5 different songs today, and each time I can barely hear a thing when I play it back (with the volume nearly up)
What I do, is I plug my headphones into the speakers, and fiddle with the volume, with the microphone turned on. It's mostly the wave volume and mic volume.
You mean those headphones with the mic on them? I don't have any of those, let alone headphones. Those aren't really required, though, are they?
