Point three says you can now give neocards to those who have moved to new houses... :P

Point four says something about some shockwave games that give out avatars have been fixed (for those that may have been giving problems i suppose?)

Hmmm, new game. It's not wonderful, but it's not too much of a flop. The changing laser thing confused the heck out of me at first, but I get it now.
