Im going to the clinic in the afternoon, I'm pretty sure I have an ear infection... Im just getting over a cold and then all of a sudden my ear starts hurting

its gotten to the point where i cant even sleep

Do you have any Advil? Advil makes my mom sleep, and it should help the pain a little.

Hey don't be scared. I had an ear infection and it was pretty painful for a while but I got given anti- biotics and they cleared it up in no time.

...Unless you're like me, who gets too many ear infections and has to have the strength upped, making it taste very disgusting. I learned to swallow pills pretty darn fast after that. =P

Ear infections aren't too bad. Just keep your ears covered in the cold, take the antibiotics, and probably a decongestant (sudafed etc). Also, if you throw a towel in the dryer for a while, then roll it up and lay your ear on it, it helps with the pain a good bit. =)

Tell me about it! I spent the summer at a camp as a swimming instructor. Aparently having your head in the water for 8 weeks is a gate way to swimmers eat. On top of that I had a double inner outer infection. Twas a fun week! Just dont let it slide for too long. I went 2 wks... was sick as a dog. Bleh. Eat drops are the weirdest feeling things ever. They hurt, but over all helped!
