In the description, it says to feed it to your pet for a tasty snack and advice.

Do you actually get any advice, or is it just plain food?

It's like a real fortunte cookie - you get some 'advice'... but it's sorta like what's-his-name over on Mystery Island. Useless, but fun. :)
