Location: Somewhere over the rainbow way up high, there's a land that I heard of once in a lullaby.
This is queer. Whatever shop I go (even the Spooky Foods shop and the Tiki Tack plus Snow Shop), nothing's there. I cannot be RS banned; that would be insane. Last time I rsed was about 2 weeks ago. My friend has the same problem.

What's going on? And is anyone else having the same problem?

Edit: Okay found 2 things in the Tyrannian Weapon shop. But what about the other out-of-price shops?

Every so often there's an error with the restocking system that causes it not to restock until somebody comes by and gives the system a kick.

Seems to happen every few days to weeks or so. It'll just stop working right and then work again. I wish Neopets had a page on what parts of the system are down/why but I suspect that's more work than they can handle currently.
