I felt that the neopet website is quite slow recently. specially when i refresh those shops . i think the server of images maybe has some problem . I live in Finland , I think that my network is good enough .
But .....

does anyone has some feeling or problem with me , or who knows the reason.

Do you have Premium or use the toolbar? Because there's been work on the portal recently which meant I had to turn it off to get Neopets to work properly.

I have uninstalled the neo toolbar . but it is still not fast as before

Well to start to you have Premium (e.g do you pay a monthly or yearly fee to get extra stuff on Neopets).

I really think it has to do with the person's username. People whose accounts are housed on certain servers seem to be stuck in slo mo and others on different servers had no problem whatsoever. I do hope that whatever the problem, it is resolved soon. I guess I am spoiled. Neopets used to be very glitchy and at times, it was down for entire weekends. In the past two years, the site has gotten significantly better. So, now it is difficult for me to go back to those times when the site was so glitchy.

So, you are spoiled like I am. I remember when all we could do all weekend was sit on PPT and wait for the DFM pteri to fly away (though back then, it was the angry usul with these eyes that only had whites to them--she looked soooo scary). Ah the good old days. :)
