So, does anyone know of any good web design programs? Also, which do you think would be better to start with, some thing like Dreamweaver, Flash, or just a script program?
Thanks!

Handwritten Javascript+XHTML is the way to go.
Notepad.
It'll take you a bit to get used to it, but then you'll be going strong.

I would go with Dreamweaver or InDesign.

But I agree with Exiled that start with basic HTML, Java, and CSS (and use Photoshop to make your own graphics) then move up to Flash and whatnot.

I just install stuff like wordpress, joomla etc. on my website, that may i don't have to bother too much with coding. But i still know the basics of colour, fonts, images and the like

I was also a fan of
http://www.htmlgoodies.com
They used to have decent primers and tutorials on there.

Also, Notepad is the way to go. ;)

I've also used http://www.lissaexplains.com in the past, when I've needed to search for specific things.
