I was one of those "beta" tester things for the portal thing, and after my free trail ran out, it said that I could still use the portal and toolbar for free because of my participation. Needless to say, I was happy.

However, I just tried to use the portal today, and it forwards me to the Neopets homepage. Anyone other "beta" testers having this problem.

I seem to still have access to the portal on my account (I never signed up for the services) I'm assuming there's some error in place or another.

My portal access is gone too.... I get sent back to the Neopets homepage It was fine yesterday though.

it's forwarding me to the homepage too. it's irritating since they did tell us we could carry on using it, but i'm gonna get rid of the toolbar soon anyway, it's useless! it really doesn't block pop-ups

It's forwarding me when I click from the toolbar, but when I go to the URL it still works.
You may want to make sure you're logged into the right account, as that will affect whether or not you have access. If you still can't use it, write in and complain.

Which url? I'm logged into the right account and can't use it.

I was a tester and I still have access to the portal-- not that use it.

If neopets expects people to pay for the portal then they've lost it. I had a hard time believeing people would use the portal much when it was free, given all the other portal sites out there that people already have, but I cannot imagine anyone paying to use it. There is no neopets information on there you can't get for free on the site.

Yeah, probably it was just a glitch. When something like that happens to me I usually wait a couple days and see if it fixes itself.

In some cases that could be a bad idea though, such is if I had a large bleeding crack in my skull.

I can't imagine anyone paying for this. Yahoo gives just about everything premium does and it's free.

Neopets was supposed to be permanently free, now i cant have the advantage of premium, if there is any, im only 13 my parents wont let me pay for games online that cost per month
