Gallery spot light?

Doe neopets still do this?

and if they do anyone got the light to where i can summight my gallery cause I can't seem to find it anywhere lol

Yes. it's still exists...
Go to Pet Central., and there will be a list of all spothlights, choose the Galerry Spothlight.
They will give you an adress where you can submit yours.
It's as easy as 1,2,3!
