Island Trading Cards...

I decided instead of making a whole nother board I'd just edit this one. Because I am looking at cards and having a lot of thoughts and ideas.



It is neat. I know it is probably too close to the island look to be a new paint brush color. But I still like those stripes.

Those markings are on the Island pets already. The only difference is that Island pets are naturally tanned (at least, that's how I like to see it).

Something about the darkest faeries face and Fyoras face on this card makes me wonder. I mean, the darkest faerie looks almost pitiful and boy does the faerie queen look evil! I may be wrong but, I almost pity the darkest faerie. Just because a faerie is queen we think she is good. And because the faerie is dark we think she is evil. But what if it isn't true? What if neopets throws us a surprise ending?

I know you'll probably edit it while I am typing this reply, but you said "Jhuidah" and the Faerie Queen's name is Fyora.

And if I were turning into stone, that's probably the face I would make. It's very "Wicked Witch of the West", when she was melting at all. I definately don't think Fyora is evil.

Since we are talking about the cards is anyone else disappointed with the lack of Island Mystic, Ryshuu, Tiki Tour Guide, and items that are actually real that they could've used (Tiki Amulet, Tiki Staff, Tiki Sword, Mystery Fruit Bowl, etc) instead of making up new items?

And the Fire Faerie from the Volcano was evil? Hmm... wasn't she sent from Faerieland? I guess she lied.

So the statue in Maraqua was the Darkest Faerie, not the Grey Faerie...

You know, I've noticed a lot of new things on the cards. But new things are good. I'm liking how they are featuring pteri's, peophins and techos and some others on these cards, as they are usually some of the more ignored pets. Not as ignored as the tuskininny, but they'll have their day one day I hope. I'm really loving how all the vegetation and flowers look on these cards too.
