Well first of all, you don't need a screen shot to prove you had it. TNT can look in their database to see what was stored in your SDB at any given date, so if it was ever there, they'd know.

Hate to say it but TNT doesnt care if you were hacked and lost your PB or if it was glitched away. I've had over 1.5 million NP glitched away and have been wrongfully frozen after earning my first million np (like 2 seconds after I had earned it) and havnt gotten a responce about any of the events that happened.

I doubt you'll get it back sorry to say.I still haven't recieved anything on my account that was frozen from a glitch on Neopets a couple months back.Though I doubt anything is even left on the account or if they would give me anything back.

omg that sucks.. once my sister was hacked and lost liek 2 million nps and itens in that much.. and all they did was get her a new password and they never replied back to teh missig items..

Aww, thats too bad. I hope you get it back, but judging by the usual trend it isn't very likely. Just keep trying though and hopefully you'll either get it back or earn enough np to get another one.

There have been tons of glitches lately on Neopets (or at least it's seemed like there has been a ton!) I've been lucky enough *knocks on wood* not to be effected greatly by them.

It's always sad to hear when someone loses something hardearned. I'm sorry.
