I like it. But then again, I sort of like the cute Neopets. =D They probably wouldn't be bad either cute _or_ cool-looking. I would have enjoyed it either way.

I like it better than the old one because the old one was, well, old. It's be a lot better if they changed its face.
And the mutant lupe looks absolutely horrible now. I like the new Darigan look a lot.
I'm starting to dread when neopets says they're going to update a pet. They update it so it looks like it's kittens and overly cute(and overly cute in a bad way). The only salvation anymore for fiercer pets is the Darigan p/b(extremely expensive, too, of course), and on some pets, a Halloween p/b.
Has neopets forgotten that there are older members playing? And even as a kid I loved fierce looking things!
Lupes are based off of wolves, and this look insults wolves.

Eh, it's okay. I have a white lupe, and I'll have to admit that I was getting pretty tired of the out-dated version. Although by no means did I mean for it to turn all cutesy like every other pet seems to be doing now a days. The new looks been growing on me though.

I'm not even going to bother voting on this poll because it is extremely silly, unfair and biased. I think the new Lupe is a major improvement from the old one.
The old Lupe was totally messed up:
Look at the old one. It's a mess. It looks like somebody crushed its back with an anvil and then glued its tail back on.
It barely changed in poses, as opposed to the new one.
Face it; the old Lupe's artwork was nearly four years out of date. I needed a revamp. Before I never cared for them and thought they were badly drawn; Now I actually like them.

I have to say the lupe and the wocky are both pets I've just never cared about at all...so the redo hasn't really affected me much...
I chose don't care, although I do like the new lupe a little bit better..

I think it's good, it's cartoony, better style and shading, and not really cute. It just looks like the old lupe in a new pose/shading to me. 
I seroiusly think the baisedness of the poll options was uneeded though. -.-

Agreed. Thats why didnt vote. I'm not gonna pounce all over her about it though.
I agree it is just what you said though. Cartoony. Not made to be cute, but cartoony. People need to learn the difference me thinks.

Personally, I 'm glad they fixed the spine, and I like the old version's angry pose better, but I really don't care about the overall redesign. They both look fine to me.
But as an owner of a Mutant Lupe AND a Halloween Lupe, I'm glad they didn't decide to re-design them!

Umm...they did re-design the Mutant one actually...press Ctrl+F5 to clear out your cache...
