It will go down, it is only rarity 65, it is restocked often. In a couple of weeks it will be down to 20k probably

thank goodness for friends who are more avvy obsessed than i am, means i can borrow it off them 
and i had it in my inventory and it worked, so you don't have to really put it into your neodeck
