You can find a lot of cheap keyrings, especially the Tombola Keyring -- 1-2 NPs

Lots of the toys given out for last year's advent calendar are cheap too.

Usually any basic-coloured plushie isn't that much. If you like a certain species, just look up a Red, Blue, Yellow or Green coloured plushie and it'll probably be cheap. Also, Starry Paint Brush Plushies have come down in price, and are around 2000 NP now, I think (they were given away from the McDonalds promotion), although the it may be a little out of your price range.

Key rings are your best bet. They are usually around 50np sometimes as cheap as 5np.

I agree, that would be extremely useful. Why haven't they implemented something like this already?

because they spend all their time changing stupid things like the colour of the cross on the hospital instead of adding useful stuff.

Haunted fairground plushies are cheap since you get them from the wheel of misfortune, only a few np. Those are what i tend to use since I have a few around from when I was spinning the wheel to try to get my pets sick to get meuka as a chalenger long ago.

Stuff like headless von-roo plushie and the like
