If anyone has played NQ I and NQ II, which one is most likely to give more random events? Or it completely random? (as the name might suggest)? I was under the impression that the NQ games give out more random events.

They both are equal. It isn't actually Neoquest itself that gives you the higher chance of REs. The real rason is that you are almost constantly refreshing just to play the game. More refreshes = more REs.

Edit: If you are an Av collector, go with II, it has like 3 Avs and NQ I doesn't have any.

I'm finally back for the summer, although hopefully I'll spend a little more time away from this screen.

Ah, okies.

But, um...

Is it true that NQ II is harder for people with dial up than NQ I? Movement wise?

I don't know, I don't have dial up. I think that II's movement system is easier because you can see more. But I honestly don't know about loading.

in nq1 you could press the same directional button many times before the page loaded so that you could advance more than one step so I guess that nq1 you be easier for a dial-up user.
