I joined PPT last year, but then i got busy, forgot my username and basically gave up on neopets altogether for a bit 
But now im back yay!

For an avatar and signature set, you can go to the Signatures and Avatar Requests forum, where there are a lot of skilled artists who would be willing to help you make one
Simply click on a request board, read the first post, and request ^_^
