Hmmm... I'm not a big usul lover and I don't know much about them, but I always thought the baby version was rather fetching. If you can afford a baby paint brush, that is.

Lucky you! I wish that I had enough self control to have bought one for 250k before Christmas, but I kept buying useless junk!

I agree with you. Usul is my all-time favorite pet, but they have hardly any good colors for it. I like the Male Usuki, too, but my Usul is female as well. 
I had white for a loooong time, and I really liked it, but recently I decided it was time for a change. What I really want is a Desert Usul, but I like Island (too bad the avatar has driven the price to insane levels) and Speckled. Mine's speckled (check out the pet Chay_loc) and I like it quite a bit because it's completely different from all the other speckled pets.

Hmm, some pets just seem to have more colors than others.
Amarise, I also have a speckled usul. I love that look. Speckled usuls are not the normal green with with dots, they look almost "tribal" - very cool.
Baby? To be honest, I'm not a fan of baby pets with the exception of baby kougras. Boochi fired his ray at my disco aisha and luckily missed! I know, lots of you are waiting for a visit from Boochi, I'm just not one of them. I'd be happy to send the little guy your way if I see him again :wink:
The lab doesn't do ghost anymore? When did they stop that? I have a ghost ixi via the lab ray, about 2 months ago. I adopt, heal, zap and release, but I just could not part with the ghost ixi.
The usuki pb is ok, I'm not wild for it, but then I'm not wild for the royal pets. Except the quiggles are hysterical painted royal, I have to admit.
So I guess my choice, if you can't afford baby, would be speckled.

What are you talking about? Usuls look so great in a lot of the colors. The most expensive color that I love is Usuki, and I like the girl Usuki best the hair is great. I've always loved that Usuki doll so I almost fell out of my chair when I saw that color released.
I have one painted striped, which looks really nice. IMO it's one of the nicest looking striped pets, so if you like pastels that might be the way to go.
I love how the electric looks when angry woah. And electric is one of those colors that isn't too expensive, but ya don't see it too often.
Speckled is truly unique and awesome.
Island is one of my favorites as well.
Pink is really great if you like that color.
I love how the white usul has red eyes. It makes him/her look albino.
In short I guess there aren't many usul colors that I don't like.

That is my favorite color as well!
