Yes, it went from 50 np to now 200 np per upgrade times size. So it has gone up drastically.
I have a gallery and I occasionally, via the tp, send over enough np from my main account to do 2 upgrades at a time. Right now I think my gallery is a size 66. I also buy my gallery things on my main account and either just send them over or again, use the tp for a more expensive item. If you looked at my gallery account you would assume incorrectly that I was "rich" -- it's because I do have a gallery that I'm not!
Perhaps the person with the really large shop did have a gallery and sold it and now just sells whatever items they have in their sdb, send over from their main or gets in random events. That would explain the lack of number of items versus the size of the shop and the only having played 2 games. You can only play games on one account now, so maybe they just played a couple of games before that rule was put in the T&C.
I try to not assume that someone is multi'ing, cheating, etc. just because they have a large shop or whatever on an account. There's too much of that right now, it seems whenever someone has a great rs everyone starts jumping on the "they must be using an ab" bandwagon.
