Yeah, restocking is definitely the best way to go. I've made like 30 mill since January.

Try starting out in an empty shop to practice, and then move on to more crowded shops. I could make 200k a day, but unfortunately I can't RS every day, so sometimes I have to wait a lot before I can get a certain item/whatever...

I restock everyday, I buy things, I sell things. It's pretty much down to how much time you spend on the site and how much hard work you put into the site.
Unfortunately, your internet speed also has some say in your success on Neopets. 56k completely throws one off the best profits in the game, however. I suggest you check out Neodaq. Stocks are a great way to make NP if your on 56k.
Another method one could practise, although it generally looked down upon is hording. It does make quite the pretty penny and rather fast one at that.

Meh I don't play games or restock but have millions of neopoints. No I don't scam. I'm really lazy.. I'm not sure what I did

I've been playing for about 19 months, on a 56K modem, and just passed the 2 million mark (with lab ray and two painted pets). The best money maker is stocks, if you are willing to wait and take the risk of loosing NP's if the stock goes bankrupt. I've probably made a little more then half my np's this way. I've also gotten lucky with winning a jackpot in dice a roo, getting a complete treasure map playing scorchy slots, last week finding a nerkmid (which i sold for a pretty np) and some good RE's. Play games that you like, invest wisely, and do things that you want to do, the neopoints will come. Just don't expect to become exceding rich on a 56K, its not going to happen.

I has been playing for over 3 years and I haven't got past 5 milllions yet I can earn one withing a week. I'm just too lazy to keep getting more nps when I have already 1 or 2 million in bank. :/
Anyway, in my strategy, I mix both restock and games. I go restock until I feel It's being disastrous, then I go play games until I get bored, then I go back try to restock again. I repeat that over and over every day until I hit one million again. Of course, I have a life, so I don't just do that all day.

I played the games on a daily basis, usually spending about 2 hours on that. Did the daily stuff and sold whatever I won except the plushies. And I just got passed the 1.2 mil mark on an account that is about 8 months old. Just depends on your spending vs earning.

Well I earned about 600k playing games in about 6 months. I probably could've gotten more if I hadn't been lazy. Lately I've been trying restocking and the stocks though (actually I just started stocks 15 minutes ago).
The problem with restocking for me is that I don't know what is good and what's not. I've tried looking on neoitems too, but that didn't help me. Maybe its just something you learn.
But you can try contests, or spotlights. And always sell your freebies. Don't spend a lot of money on avatars unless you can sell it for as much or more then you bought it for.
And be patient. Once you find your groove the money is much easier to make.

I cannot understand how they can earn millions too, I mean earn them in something like two days.
I spend around 3 hours per day on neopet and sometime lesser. I can earn about 100k per day if I want to, that mean a million in ten days. I always thought that that was a lot until recently when I heard of people earning 200k to 500k per day, some even a million.

I have 56k. I have over 600k. It just takes extra effort.

Well, I had 2 million, then got hacked and it all went bye-bye, then I earned another 2 million, then spent it all because I planned to quit Neopets... then I didn't quit and earned 3 million, which is how much I have now. But, minus two bad events in the past, I [should] have around 7 million.

Actually, I earned my first million, spend it turning my shoryu to plushie. second milion: turning my kacheek to a draik
third million: turning my draik to maraquan
fourth million: buying paint brushes
