I wouldn't think so -- it's still a paintbrush above everything so it shouldn't be restockable.

usuki paintbrushes can't be restocked..just check its rarity.
retired paintbrushes can be obtained from vending and fruit machine but no longer from random events.
HT paintbrushes has only the HT as its source.

um, i dont think usuki pbs can be bought in Neopain shops... its given out just like any other paint brush!

Has anyone mentioned the alien aisha vending machine? You can get every pb except for retired/ht pbs there.

Yeah, but you have no guarantee you will get a Paint Brush, or any rare item for that matter. The one and only time I put a Nerkmid in, I got a Strawberry and Cream Fish Pop.

You can get a random event that gives you a royal paintbrush. It happened to one of my guild friends, it said "a meridell prince comes over and hands you a royal paintbrush!" or something like that.

Unfortunately, your friend was lying - Neopets have said that it is impossible to obtain a Hidden Tower Paintbrush, retired or not, via a random event.
