It's really up to you to decide which colour to paint your pet. I recommend going to the rainbow fountain or better yet, neocolours.co.uk and take a look at all the possible pet colours. See which one you like most and go for it
Though if it were me, I'd choose royal. Royal pets are so adorable!

I think a Pea Chia WOULD be cool. Or a Grey Wocky/Ixi. They are so so so cute. I myself wouldnt get either,but I dunno..if it was me..I would get a Royal Zafara,Kougra or Cybunny,I bet.

Well, my dream pets are Plushie Draik, 
Lost Desert Elephante (which I have Yay LabRay) 
and Christmas Pteri (how can you not love it, so cute)
Clearly the Draik is the "coolest" out of those, since its Limited and the Plushie brush is the most valuble...so I'd have to recommend the Draik, plus then you could get a dragoyle to go with it...so cute!

how can you NOT like that? I mean, if the pet your making it is a battler as well...totally awsome! 
I used to be undecided on which of those two colors I would paint my ashia, but with the new-look faerie ashia, i prefer the darigan one. i still like the faerie ashia....just not as much. --'
now, if there is on pet I REALLY want, it's a draik. what could i possibly want more than a draik? Why, a draik in one of there MANY awsome colors!

EYRIES! I've always loved Gryphons...i wish TNT would make the eyries look more Gryphon like...but anyway.
totally awsome... TNT messed up some of the darigan pets, but this is one they DIDN'T mess up.
I have only just now realised how cool the pirate eyrie is.
if you like cute plushies, this one's nice. Unfortunatlly, for both the eyries I have on other acounts, it wouldn't make seanse to paint them such a color.

not one of my fave darigan pets...and since they may be getting re-vamped, it may be wise to wait before paiting your pet ANY kougra color. --'

as out-dated as that pic is....if it was revamped it will proabbly look pretty awsome! for some reason, this is pretty much the only hallowen pet i like....

now on to my beloved pet type...SHOYRU'S!
i totally love shoyru's...ya know the neopets magisine with the red shoyru on the front? i wish shoyru's could have a revamp like that...*sighs* anyway....
