Is it true that, if you set your pet to enjoying hunting for treasure, that you'll find more stuff randomly? I heard it on one of the boards, but didn't think it was true.

Nope. All those do is set your starting stats

is all that stuff you select actually shown anywhere after the pet has been born anyway? i've never seen it....

Yeah, The only thing I could find about those stats were that you could see it in pounds but it has no utility...
My pet is set to ''huntin gfor treasure'' and I got like 3 RE since I started playing neopets...
Big deal.

Hmmm...they are pretty useless really. I guess when you first join up it makes you feel like your creating your pets personailty or whatever, which is pretty cool I guess...

I actually forget what I set my pets's personalities as. They really should let you see that stuff, as sometimes you might want to see what your pet's overall 'personality' is again. If you can't see those things unless you look at them in the pound, what point are they for anyway?

what books your pet reads is based on how long it's name is and how long the name of the books is...forget the math on it lol but that was found out age's ago
