They are... or were, technically. The first of the new pets was the Yurble. The second is the one that everyone is currently speculating about - the one that will be like no other pet so far released.

That snake is cool. There are plenty of people who don't want a cute pet and this is not cute. But I still think the new pet is a robot.

well neopets does need another note-so-cute type neopets, since there are currently only 2 of those (in my opinion) the skeith and grarrl. adding this thing would definitely be cooler than adding another * look at me im so cute* pet

Hmm... I really don't think that's the new neopet, it's a villian, it has kass in his name, or something resembeling kass, and it's purple.

if people say, that's a villain like master vex then realize: master vex is a mynci
neopets almost replaced all non-neopets characters by neopets: edna, the mystery hut, snowager (they made him an overgrown snowickle), ...
the only ones they did not yet replace are the real villains: sloth, monocerous, rock beast, the thing,...
and saying that it's a villain and it can't be a neopet, that's probably because neopets does not want us to know that that neopet is going to be next!
so either it's an unreleased darigan buzz, either my theory is wrong, or either there's gonna be another limited pet! ^^

*looks* It kinda looks like the Darigan Techo. At least it looks like that to me a bit.

Darigan looked an awful lot like a Korbat and kass was an Eyrie, I would not be surprised if the new pet ended up being some snake/lizard breed. All the other lizard pets aren't very lizardy.
