Alright, how long have we waited for the Neoschools? Almost 3 years?

And how long have we waited for a plot with Dr. Sloth? Almost that long at least.

These are a few of the swept under the rug things that Neopets have decided to forget about completely.

Anyone going to that TCG tour thing should mention something about the site going downhill and carry signs that say "More plots and less cards!!" But then, I doubt they'd notice that either.

I was looking forward to having a plot that might not have had too much combat in it too!!

Grr..That really miffed me..I was looking forward to the plot (and the code for the kreluder mining corp..) ..I mean Hannah? C'mon!
I don't think very many people care about the TCG..I know I don't. They just want more money.

I do think a plot about Hannah would be cool, but come on... you make a TCG expansion and don't do the plot that corresponds to that?
:P If you go to Heather's (teddybleedstears) lookup, you can see a rather cute comic.

Great. Just great. I was looking forward to the Sloth Plot and they have cancelled it. What else are they going to cancel? They have enough time for TCG but no time for the actual site. For once I'm actually thinking of quitting Neopets.

...why would they make a completely new plot instead of working on the current one they already made stupid cards for? o_O

Sheesh.
A plot that seemed really cool and many players were looking for, sacrificed for.....cardboard.
Next thing you know it'll be pay-to-play.

Ditto. I am usually forgiving towards them, but this TCG stuff it starting to get to me. I truely am sorry, but I wish they'd just drop the TCG for a little. I think like 5 sets this year and promotion stuff and the mall tour and stuff is enough for now. If you ask me they should just leave it alone after the Mystery Island one and do the Ice Caves one then leave it for a couple months again. I'm sorry to say I cannot wait untill there are no more worlds to do the sets on. Then they gotta work on the site to make more worlds for the TCG. ;)

I just got done writing a strongly worded letter to them, and it's going to be mailed tomorrow. I for one, don't give a :x :x :x :x about TCG Cards. I would much rather play the games, and not spend money on them. It's getting to the point where you have to pay to become rich on Neopets.

More worlds on the site is always a good thing. :D

Hah, then they'd lose customers... because, I have a very high standard of what I'm willing to pay for and as it stands, Neopets doesn't make the cut. The plushies and such never required this much effort by staff! Why are they putting this much effort into something that will die if the site does?

That's how many sets have come out? Sheesh, that's more than Pokémon released in three years. o_0

Ever since the TCG game was released, it appears as if TNT has pretty much put down everything else, and put forth all their efforts in the more petty aspects of the site - items, pet colors, etc. - to make it appear as if they're doing something. In reality, they're just stalling.

Money > People.

That's what Neopets seems to believe more these days, which is really a shame. Though I don't particularly care about plots, I really don't like Neopets merchandise. I feel like sending an email to Neopets to remind them of what they used to stand for. I assure you, it wasn't capitalism.

I don't understand not doing the Sloth plot on the site when they have the Return of Dr. Sloth cards. I'm sitting here looking at the back cover of the current Neopets magazine. Pic of Dr. Sloth saying I Have Returned!

Why have the cards come out, get everyone worked up for the plot, then scrap it? I don't really participate in the plots, I get too confused too fast, but they're fun to watch. And like so many other people, I like Dr. Sloth! He's a wonderfully goofy villain

Personally, I wasn't too keen on the whole Sloth plot to begin with. I mean, anything that gave all the Purple pets measles can't have been good...

Still, while I admit that I'm not the biggest Sloth fan, I can understand why so many people would be annoyed with TNT. I also admit that I enjoy collecting the TCG (it's nice to have a new hobby after so many years without one) but I'd much prefer that they put the site first.

5 (althought I thought there were only 4...) sets of cards in one year is, in my opinion far too many. Unless you have plenty of money to burn, there's almost no way that you can keep up with them. 2 sets a year would be plenty - that way, avid collectors can keep up with new releases, and it leaves plenty of time to work on the site.

Finally, I'm not at all against the idea of the Hannah plot. Granted, I wish they'd finish (well, start really) the Sloth plot first, but if they do the Hannah plot right, it could still be okay. As long as it involves the pirates, Maraqua, the Darkest Faerie, Jelly World and, possibly, the Ice Caves/Happy Valley (they already said it would involve Taelia).

So that's it... If they're going to put Hannah ahead of Sloth, they had better make the plot... and any rewards that come from it... worth while!

I was disappointed when i read this in yesterday's New Features.

Let's hope they keep on track with the Hannah plot. I want to see how that turns out. Seems kinda interesting to have a plot based on a game.
