Whack-A-Kass = Kass Basher

I think this is stupid, it was "Whack-A" not "Whac-A" which is why when Sony tried the same b.s. with "Blue-Ray" they had to alter it to "Blu-Ray" instead because blue and ray are common words which cannot be copyrighted. There should be no legal copyright on the usage of an unaltered word or phrase that is not inherently unique to a given company or product.
