I'm near positive i asked you this before Daze but didnt you say that you usually buy/trade for your pieces. I have to ask do you think its really worth the cost?

I play to win my pieces - I can win 3 pieces a day (most days) so in less than a month I can earn a PB. If I need a few to finish I trade my spares on a 1 for 1 basis.

I have bought a few when I got tired of waiting for a trade. The pieces do vary in price but about 15,000 for a average piece and much more for a hard to win piece.


It is not worth buying every piece as you are not guaranteed a PB. In Maps 1 and 2 the PB is not usually worth much more than 100K (especially since Tarla has given some out).

Where do you play to win pieces?

The World Challenge.

Each World has 3 maps (1,2,3). You must finish map 1 before moving on to 2 and so on.

You can win up to a maximum of 3 pieces a day. Each Map has 20 pieces.

You find a world with a game that you are good at (or check the scores being sent for the hour to see if you can beat them) and then you play. Your scores gets matched up randomly with another users.

If at the end of the hour you are in the top 3 for Tally (the most wins), High Score (the highest single score for the hour), or Score Total (highest combined scores sent for hour) you will win a piece of map.

You play as many times as you can of the game and send your score until you think you are safe enough to win a piece. Fast games like Splat a Sloth may require over 7 scores sent in, where as a game like The Great Qasalan Caper usually only needs 1 or 2.

A win gives you +1
A lose gives you -1

Eg: 2 wins and a lose would be a tally of +1.
2 wins and 2 loses would be a tally of 0.
2 wins and 3 loses would be a tally of -1.

Your tally must be 0 or higher to be in the running for a piece.
