Did you remember to refresh on the challenges page? I only ask because the refresh didn't work for me the first time (I hit F4 instead of F5)...
Nope, that didn't work either.

The only other thing I can think of is that they have to be qualifying games, and not just any game... If they already were, maybe you have to have all 20 high score tables open at once (which would be really stupid, but I'd never put anything past TNT after DD)? Or maybe some of the ones you opened just didn't register, and you need to open a few more (i.e., you started opening before it got fixed)? I hope you figure it out.

Did you open them from the qualifying games page?
I started here:
http://neopets.com/games/gmc/qfg.phtml
Then opened the first 20 games on the list that have high-score tables (that's Splat-a-sloth through Snowmuncher, skipping Ultimate Bullseye) from that page.
After all 20 had loaded, I loaded the high-score tables for each by clicking the star icon on the bottom of the page. I didn't try to load the high-score page directly (for example, I didn't just type in http://www.neopets.com/gamescores.phtml?game_id=999), but rather, loaded the high score from the game page, which I'd loaded from the QFG page.

You don't really need to do it from the qualifying game page, I used the links at:
http://www.neopets.com/gamescores.phtml
and they worked for me.
However, I had to open more than 20 (~30) tabs since some of the tables didn't register.
