And day 12... Maybe I should do the math for a record low, after all?
Also a gift box.

No matches for day 14. Going to keep quoting until this streak ends.
Edit: And it's glitched because of the time change. Fingers crossed we don't get reset, at least ...

I have a positive glitch, I think... I completely failed yesterday. I am 99.9375% sure I did not spin (especially since I did not post here yesterday - it was a long and awful day, despite it literally being an hour less than a normal day).
Yet, Trudy pre-spin said 5 days to go. That means I am on day 21... So,

It does look like my Days to Prize reset, though. 6 more to go.

Was not able to spin yesterday...but it was supposed to be my 7-day streak prize day. Apparently that was reset (or I just missed out, one or the other), while my overall streak was not reset. Sigh. Kinda bummed on having already been behind most in getting the "new" prizes, and now completely missing out on this week's chance at one of those retireds again! Ah well.
Mr. P ran into something similar to you, Blue. He's not sure if he spun before or after midnight NST on Sunday, but showed as not having missed his streak. His 7-day streak is now showing 5, so I would wager to guess you both spun possibly past midnight? I'm not sure? So weird with the time change.

I am 100% certain that I did not spin on Sunday (3/13). With the time change, the Bar hours changed. We now open 30 minutes later than the pre-DST opening time, allowing me to "sleep in" an extra 30 minutes and effectively lose only 30 minutes of sleep that night. (I did go to bed an hour earlier than usual, though). The trade-off for the later start time is the bar now closes an hour later... i.e. stay a full hour longer than before. Due to some co-worker's "issues" on Sunday evening, I wound up staying 90 minutes past the new closing time...
Way too long of a day. By the time I finally got home, I ate dinner and completely forgot about Trudy. I realized mid-day Monday that I had not spun on Sunday and figured I had been reset. But I was not. Hooray!
However... This might actually be our 2nd to last DST event, considering the US Senate passed a bill yesterday to abolish DST. Now, the arguments will begin - Do we stick with "Saving" or "Standard"? Hmm... Will it pass the House? Will be Vetoed?
Sen. Patty Murray wrote:We got it past the Senate, and now the clock is ticking to get the job done so we never have to switch our clocks again,” Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., said on the Senate floor. “So I urge my colleagues in the House to act as swiftly as the Senate — let’s get this bill on President Biden’s desk and deliver more sunshine to Americans across the country.
Does Senator Murray really think the clock has anything to do with the amount of sunshine each 24 hours? I know the cows really do not care what time it is. Pretty sure that they cannot actually read a clock - analog or digital. They go exclusively by the sun and moon. I really need a nap right about now.

Day 16 and Day 17: 18.5k
Maybe I should calculate this round for a record low, though I did have one match on day 9, so probably not... It's got to be fairly close at this point, though. Still better to not have a reset, though (I was sick all day yesterday with an awful stomach bug, but I remembered to spin - just not come in here to report).
I'm ambivalent to DST. I'm already so far west in my timezone, but I'm also fairly south, so it's meh. Either way, as Blue pointed out, there's the same amount of daylight -- and not enough of it in winter. I just would prefer not to be driving into the sun so that you can't see at all; we have a few roads here that at certain times of the year are truly dangerous at sunrise/sunset (depending on which way you're heading).

Even with the internal clock adjustment period when the clocks change, I am not opposed to DST. I agree, Siniri, definitely not fan of driving into blinding sunlight in the morning... like every day this week. Worse, it has been "chilly" overnight this week and there has been a "semi-frost" on my windows. That makes the low sunlight that much more blinding through the windshield.
