It could be that they just have generated replies- like, if it goes through the computer and sees a certain word or phrase like, "gaining hit points", it automatically responds... that's all I can think of....

It stinks that you can't get your account back... it's a little ridiculious, the stuff they want you to remember, like all of your neofriends, pets, and items. I have over one thousand items and over five pages of neofriends- I'm not gonna remember every single one!
