From my understanding, its one of the new service pack updates from microsoft. It prevents somthing in the ad working like its set up to work. I THINK thats correct...i read it somewhere.

I personally use firefox....it is easier with the tabs, lookes better, and just seems to run faster than IE.

and how do they judge sniping? Doing it in the very last second I could see, but what about 5? 10? 30? A minute? How do they judge that?

Thats really stupid and unfair of tnt! They allways fail to admit there mistakes! Those ppl bought it having no clue that there was a mistake made...and now there frozen!
