Yep, they're still coming. What's happening is a space is showing up for a while, and then a bunch of new grave sites appear. I've actually been able to get one this way. The ones higher up in the list are easier to get.

Just go to the archivist's office and you'll see the lc lenny there, just click on him. After you steal the meepit once, if you tab around on the main archivist page you'll get to this top down view of a library, if you click around on the doors in there you'll eventually come to a box of meepits ...

The Dancer's is straight, whereas the First to Rise is tilted. Other than that they have the same pattern of stars.
