Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we'd choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way

Shapu, I always liked you.
Gratz on the kidlet! This is way overdue. I hope you and yours are still doing well.

Re: The future of PPT
It's nice to see that there are still people here who care. For those of you wondering why this place is so dead, I urge you to take a few minutes to look through the forum staff listing and see when the last post is from staff, especially administrators. There are a few staff members who are doing ...

Re: The future of PPT
It was you, the members, who made this place amazing. I look back and I smile and I remember those I respected & cared about. To wax poetic, it was like a gem in a sea of stones. That one bright spark that really blew Neopets & the whole fandom up in my face. And now?

Re: Spider-Man Tattoo
Well I wouldn't have it... but then i'm not a huge fan of Spidey. I was mentally calculating the cost on just the chest tattoo and it kind of made my head explode. Very nice... but er... not cheap!
I wouldn't discriminate against anyone who had a tattoo (or a shaved head or whatever) but then i'm ...

Sorry, just curious
I would assume the announcement will be made once the final decisions are done. I believe there is still a bit of talk about things.
But hopefully soon. Good luck!

Beliefs. Cost. Social stigma... there's really quite a list of reasons why they can't or didn't.

Re: 13 year old boy becomes father
Yes, well thankfully there is support for young mothers/parents now.
I remember speaking with a woman who, at 20, had a child out of wedlock. She was forced to give up her baby up for adoption and pretend that it never happened. This was back in the early 60's in Alberta

Re: 13 year old boy becomes father
Canada has a fair bit of teenage canoodling and hanky panky! Which is why my brothers first wife was 15 and a half when she got pregnant (not my brothers kid, thank you very much).
Have I ever mentioned that my brothers first (now ex wife, thankfully) is my age to the date. Both borh June 11, 1984 ...

In America, yes.
I thought the British were better than this. XD
I would expect nothing less from the people who brought us Marmite.

I would like to remind folks not to turn this into a debate, or I will toss it to the debate abyss.

I think to pass off what has happened as being "drama" downplays what has gone on. Cynana wrote a rather lovely post with regards to the goings on that if people have not read they really should.
