I'm trying to watch Naruto on it(burned cd), but I can only hear music. I can't see the action. I heard I needed to download something, but what?

you probably need a codec pack or a single codec. Have you got DivX?
Sorry I can't give any more help, but its hard with the information given.

Also, if you have a needle or pen then you can push a tiny button in a hole on the front of the drive that'll manually open it.

Use the manual eject to get the CD out. Try re-installing the drivers for the CD drive, I suppose.

I figured it out. When I rebooted sometimes the cd drive doesn't verify or something, so I just watch it the whole way to make sure. Thanks for the help!
