Can anyone tell me what dans quelle classe as-tu souvenet raison? means? I thought it was During what class do you often reason, but that doesn't make sence. Help?

And as for the second one a few pointers, "souvenet" is no real word, and you probably mean "souvent". Second of all the questions doesn't make that much sence to me because if you traslate it you get this: "In which class are you often right?"

Since "What do you need to write on the blackboard?" refer to writing on the blackboard and not the item(which is a chalk) that is needed to write on the blackboard.

It don't make any sense. >_> Translating this would not give it more sense either.
Instead, did you mean: Dans quelle classe est-tu habituellement bon?
which translate into: In what class are you usually good at?
It's the closest sentence I could make off the one you wrote.

Translators work best with short phrases, not long sentences.

I'm taking French but it's only my first year so I have no idea what it means.

It can be fun to put in a phrase in english, translate it to french or sometihing, and translate it back. You get some pretty wierd stuff.

Just a random question since I'm rusty in my French- would it be avoir raison/tort or être raison/tort? I thought it was avoir cause the French use it with cold and hot as well (to have cold/heat instead of to be cold/hot)...but most likely I'm wrong. Cause if it's avoir, then the question would be something like "Dans quelle classes as-tu souvent raison?"

Asking about a class where you are often right is...odd. (Here, at least) I went for the closest sentence I could make, the one I usually hear in french schools too.
