Anybody here read The Window?

The one about the people that go skiing, and the girl injures her foot, so she's stuck in bed, staring out the window, and sees her neighbour in the next cabin being attacked?

Or a different book called 'The Window'? Turns out there's several...

The skiing one. That scared the FREAKING CRAP outta me! :o I hid under my blankets....

She stares out the window, and in the next cabin she sees.....something ;) Then the murderer sees her binoculars glint...but I remember the sun wasn't out so how did the murderer see her?

The phone was freaky...with the dial off...and the [erson on the phone screaming, somebody grabbed them.

The Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe messed with my head a bit, but I don't think I've ever read a book that gave me nightmares.

House of Leaves gave me nightmares. It wasn't really scary, but I do have a strange habit of always opening the shower curtain in the bathroom that it fed. I've caught myself doing it at other people's houses. It's a bit annoying. I also had nightmares about my closet swallowing me.

The manga Battle Royale has given me nightmares as well. Mostly things involving my ex classmates stalking me down and murdering me. Fun, fun. >.<

I can't FIND the bloody book anywhere, I've looked :-P. Oh, I love OotP, and I guess it may not be the book, just my obsessive-ness ;)

I never read any books that gave me nightmares. But, I looked through books with freaky pictures. Like this one book when I was about 10 it was in the kids section in the library so I decided to look through it because it looked intresting...so i was looking through it and there was a picture of a bride wearing black going down the aisle...and then i turn the page and she turned into something soo freaky that I closed the book as soon as i got a glimpse and pushed the book out of the way....my heart was beating soo bad. I think I had nightmares from that picture for a while.
