lock please

I made an image for my gallery account so I could put a blog in it but I can't seem to figure out how to code it. Can anyone help me?

OK I almost have it, i'm just having problems getting the second box to line up. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?!

the second box lines up but not the first one. In the first div change absolute to position and then change top to 75px... should work then.
