Abandoniing an ice bori will make it blue

&shrug* If you create it now, it'll still be rare when the colour dies down. Wating doesn't really make a diference.

Create it. When you get tired of it, put it up for adoption so that somebody else can enjoy it.

Unfortunately, what was said above is true - if you abandon an ice bori, it turns blue. So only people who create and keep them will be able to have an ice bori (unless TNT does actually make an ice pb).

or if it becomes a lab color, which i'm hoping it will be, since i didn't realize it, but norton actually is blocking some of the images from neopets, and i suspect, the download button as well, so i couldn't get one

even so, to get colors like that from the lab ray is rare, so it still will remain a rare color

and i'm not sure, but tnt might disable the function after a while, but can't know for certain
