I have an issue with it when using it to browse Neopets. Sometimes when I click on an item in my inventory, waiting for the pop-up window to come, Firefox will crash and will prompt me to send an error report. I am quite frustrated with this as everytime Firefox crashes, the entire internet cache is erased, and since my internet connection isn't too fast, I need the cache to speed up page loads. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Note: Even just telling me how to prevent my cache from being totally erased when Firefix crashes is good enough.

I had that problem with it constantly crashing, have you installed any extensions or themes for firefox? that's where my problem came in one of the extensions wasn't agreeing.

uninstall it, then try reinstalling it , and if you do download extensions download 1 every other day to find out which ones would cause problems.

I haven't had any big problems except that it wouldn't open after I downloaded one of the themes, so now I am just sticking with the one I have now. It seems to be going well so far!

mine occasionally does that too. I just re-open the browser.

*shrugs*
